Terms of Service

Effective August 23, 2026 · OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS LLC

1. These terms

These terms govern use of the Operations Intelligence Platform (“the platform”), operated by OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. By accessing the platform you agree to them. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with a customer, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gap.

2. What the platform does

The platform lets a facility operator place QR codes in zones, receive issue reports from anyone who scans one, route those reports to the staff member responsible for that zone and shift, record acknowledgement and completion, and escalate reports that go unacknowledged.

The platform is not an emergency service. It is not a life-safety, fire, medical, or security alarm system and must not be relied on as one. In an emergency, contact the emergency services directly.

3. Accounts and access

Platform accounts are issued by the customer to its own personnel. Account holders must keep credentials confidential, use the account only for the customer’s legitimate operations, and notify us at security@oipone.com of any suspected compromise. Filing an issue report by QR code requires no account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Submit false, abusive, harassing, or unlawful reports or content.
  • Upload photographs that capture individuals in a manner that is unlawful or that invades their privacy — report the condition, not the person.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another customer, or probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without our prior written authorisation.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent any access control.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.

We may suspend access that breaches this section, and will tell the customer why.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personnel, zone, and shift data it configures; for having a lawful basis to provide personnel data to us; and — in particular — for obtaining and retaining the written SMS consent described in the SMS Opt-In Disclosure before any employee’s number is enrolled.

6. Messaging

Operational SMS and email notifications are part of the service. Their terms, including opt-out, are set out in the SMS Opt-In Disclosure. Delivery depends on carriers and networks outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any individual message arrives or arrives promptly.

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. For support, contact support@oipone.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Data

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. As between us and the customer, operational data submitted through the platform belongs to the customer. We retain ownership of the platform itself and of any aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot identify a customer or individual.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis unless a signed agreement states a service level. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is material to a paying customer we will give reasonable notice.

9. No warranty of compliance outcomes

The platform is designed to support recordkeeping and accountability. We do not warrant that using it makes any customer compliant with any law, standard, or certification scheme, and nothing on this site is an attestation that we hold any such certification. Determining what a facility must do remains the customer’s responsibility.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except as expressly stated, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the fees paid to us by the customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Termination

A customer may stop using the platform at any time; termination of a paid subscription follows the signed agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and account administrators will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Questions about these terms:
